Keeping your body erect, this can be practiced seating in a comfortable position. Keeping both the hands on both the respective knees, close your eye, close your mouth keeping a small gap between two jaws (row of teeth) and feel the inhale and exhale of air from your body. After sometimes, close your ear through index fingers of both the hands, inhale air in to our heart and belly. While exhaling, that air creates omm …. omm sound like a bee.
During this Humming Bee Breath, keep your mind cool and concentrate your mind at the centre of both the eye brows while concentrating your mind.
This Humming Bee Breath is most effective in bringing concentration in the mind. Except other organs. Eyes and Ears of body are the most disturbing organs that cause “Fickleness” and tottering thoughts in mind. If eyes and ears are closed and in a snake passes beside us we will not at all be disturbed. But we will run to attack that specie when our eyes are open and we see that. We get immediately disturbed and react unnecessarily. Keeping our ears open if we close our eyes and all of a sudden hear the roaring sound of a tiger – then we get frightened and react accordingly.
