What are the benefits of hot yoga?

Hot yoga is great for you physically and involves a lot of core elements, including flexibility, weight loss, building muscles, strengthening and toning.

We heat the Hotpods to 37 degrees, this is what we consider to be the optimum heat to aid flexibility (by warming up the muscles) and for increasing the heart rate. We wanted to avoid extreme heat that can make people feel faint. We don’t believe there to be any benefit from greater heat.

Hotpod Yoga combines an aerobic work-out with heat and toning and stretching the muscles back to how they should be, working to improve body mechanics in the unique womblike, de-stress environment of the Hotpod. Better body mechanics mean your body works the way it should do.

The idea is to focus on exactly the sensation that is happening in your body at the time – stretching and strengthening – and to use your breathing as a tool to 1) keep you focused on what you are doing 2) help the muscles relax so you can go a little deeper. As well as burning up to 700 calories per class, there are numeroushealth benefits to hot yoga. The heat helps you to reach levels of personal flexibility, your heart works harder, and working up a sweat will help your muscles, organs and glands to function properly. Hot yoga is also known to help you breathe properly, as well as reducing symptoms of conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, depression, arthritis and obesity.

After sometimes, close your ear through index fingers of both the hands, inhale air in to our heart and belly. While exhaling, that air creates omm …. omm sound like a bee.

Benefits

This Humming Bee Breath is most effective in bringing concentration in the mind. Except other organs. Eyes and Ears of body are the most disturbing organs that cause “Fickleness” and tottering thoughts in mind. If eyes and ears are closed and in a snake passes beside us we will not at all be disturbed. But we will run to attack that specie when our eyes are open and we see that. We get immediately disturbed and react unnecessarily. Keeping our ears open if we close our eyes and all of a sudden hear the roaring sound of a tiger – then we get frightened and react accordingly. In fact, in our day to day life, we get too much involved and disturbed unnecessarily.

To avoid the abrupt impact of tension, stress, pressure and unnecessary worries we all need to practice Humming Bee Breath. Especially, for children, this will have magic result. This Yogic practice has dynamic impact to make one’s tone quite sweet and save throat from various complains of complicacies.

By this Humming Bee Breath, one can control High Blood Pressure, Mental Stress, Anger, Worries, Anxiety, Numbness, Sleeplessness and can relief pain after operation in body. Obviously, this is a very good viable practice to keep oneself fit physically and remain always suitable for all jobs.

Alternate Nostril Breathing

Alternate Nostril Breathing will enable a child to be versatile and competent to do playing, studying, singing, working out sums and various physical works in satisfactory manner. That will enable them to be very successful a man in their career.

It is a process, through which “Pulse” is cleansed through a process of purification. Pulse is that media through which the Bio Energy i.e. Pran Shakti passes through and retains the specie “living”. This is why; there is difference between vein and pulse. Alternate Nostril Breathing has four different stages and thus it is practiced in 4 different tactics. Before practicing that, one should have knowledge about different types of breathing – namely, Natural breathing, Stomach breathing, Chest/Shoulder breathing and Yogic breathing.

The second stage of Alternate Nostril Breathing has very sensitive impact upon children. In this practice, symmetry is maintained between Moon Pulse and Surya Pulse – since proportionate ratio in both the breathing is maintained by a process of inhaling air through left nostril and exhaling them through right nostril and again inhaling the same air through right nostril and exhaling the air by left nostril.

Scientifically speaking, this process ensures equilibrium between parasympathetic nervous system and sympathetic nervous system. Parasympathetic nervous system being associated with the nerves of right side head enables a man to do mental jobs like thinking, working out sums etc. and the sympathetic nervous system in undertaking physical activities like eating, playing, loitering etc. It is observed that some children are brilliant in studies but are too weak in physique. And there are some children who are very strong and straight, excellent in outdoor activities but too weak in studies.

This is due to the simple most reason of imbalance in nervous system. In fact, we overburden a child who fails to do that. The reason is obvious. Being aspirant, parents use to overload children by excess burden of studies without knowing the status of their brain. An experiment reveals that only 2% of entire tissues of brain are literally used for any work. And under such conditions, our emphasis on child’s brain is quite detrimental to the child itself.

That is why we should resort to Alternate Nostril Breathing. Alternate Nostril Breathing should be made mandatory for children – making that an integral subject in their curriculum. This will enable a child to be versatile and competent to do playing, studying, singing, working out sums and various physical works in satisfactory manner. That will enable them to be very successful a man in their career.

Do not keep your mouth open

If you keep your mouth open – then you will start breathing through your mouth. If you keep breathing through your mouth – then you will be prone to different diseases. Because, while you inhale, dust and viruses present in the air, use to enter your body direct.

Whereas, since there are furs within the nose – dusts get arrested through that and fail to enter into your body. Even the air that goes through nose does not go into your body directly. In fact, that goes through your Temple via nasal canal.

Thus breathing through nose, reduces the risk of infection by virus of diseases. Moreover, breathing through nose helps in promoting the capacity of brain and thus helps improving the physical and mental capacity of a man.

Why to seat straight?

In our body – Our Heart works as a Motor. It purifies impure blood to lungs. The Oxygen inhaled by nose mixes with blood in the lungs and purifies that. And then – the pure blood passes to different parts of our body through veins.

If we seat bend – then our veins will be pressed and blood circulation will not be proper. As a result, blood can not reach to our cells. Resultantly, cells can not develop.

If growth of cells is hindered, there is risk of paralysis and possibility of lack of proper development of brain. Because, for proper growth of brain, blood with sufficient oxygen is required. Moreover, in such case – there is risk of heart disease since there is pressure on heart and lungs. And that is also quite fatal. There is also risk of Heart Stroke.

Thus, it is evident – why we should seat straight.
